  • DaVita Kidney Care (Baltimore, MD) – Dialysis fit-out at Mercy Medical Center in the heart of Baltimore City, MD
  • Plasma Service Group (Moorestown, NJ) – Renovation of existing office space into new corporate headquarters with state of the art plasma lab and office space
  • Fresenius Medical Care (Tom’s River, NJ) – Construction of 22,000 sqft. new building and interior fit-out of 20,000 sf for one of the largest dialysis clinics in the Central Jersey region
  • Deptford Dialysis (Deptford, NJ) – Ground up medical building with dialysis fit out inside
  • Hackensack Dialysis (Hackensack, NJ) – Fit-out of medical dialysis clinic including new electrical service and back-up generator

  • Port Richmond Dialysis (Philadelphia, PA) – Complete build of dialysis treatment center
  • Mount Airy Dialysis (Chestnut Hill, PA) – Complete rehabilitation of old brick factory, including new parking lot, roof, windows, HVAC, electrical service, water service, rain water conduction system, cleaning and re-pointing the brick, and new sidewalks with landscaping. Worked with owners on zoning, and value engineering. Fit out the interior with 15,000 SF dialysis unit and 5,000 SF doctor’s office
  • Nova Savings Bank (Upper Darby, PA) – Renovation to existing building, including full bank branch fit out, site work, generator, and parking garage
  • Woodlynde School (Strafford, PA) – Renovation of an existing charter school. Project involved replacement of windows, new custom built circulation desk, and lobby renovations
